These events are open to anyone from a media-related company. Come along for drinks, food and music with guest speakers, debate and discussion.

The next humberMUD takes place on Thursday August 19 @ FRuIT Space, Hull's most exciting new venue. Entry is FREE and, yes, our new home does have a bar. We have three great speakers, special guests, free snacks from Fudge and free tunes from DJ The Reverend.
This month HumberMUD celebrates how our industries record and present the world. Just as mud was the first media we ever used, the essential tale of Media Usability Design is to share experiences with other people. And here we bring it right up to date with film and 3D animation. This month's MUD is why we do it and how we do it...
This month we welcome real artists - not just creative types who hang around the edges of proper industry! What will we learn from professional artists? These are people who earn their living from making and selling their art - paintings, video, street, illustration, festivals and digital meets enamel.
Turnover is vanity - profit is sanity.... creation is calamity! Gawd bless 'em

One of the great advantages of being a regular Mudder is that you know everything anyway. But this month we are taking a very close look at l(earning)....education & training is a huge market! And if the BBC drop more stuff off their website it can only help.

Following April/May stirrings of the muddy waters we have invited some people to clarify the Creative Diploma in Media. This is currently being discussed around the city and being presented to businesses for our input.
